Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner Operate multi-line switchboard Accurately record and distribute messages Prepare documents for filing and scanning Scan and catalog digitized documents Other duties as assigned Requirements - Receptionist: Must be available to work weekends Experience is a plus Strong organizational skills Customer service oriented Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure while still maintaining accuracy Must be diligent and punctual Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship and be a current resident.
