Senior Associate, Credit Card Lending Offers Strategy

You’ll partner across teams to deliver innovative financing offers that support responsible growth.As a Senior Associate in Credit Lending Strategy, you will support the end-to-end strategy and execution of promotional financing and lending offers across a credit card portfolio. You will use data and business judgment to evaluate opportunities, monitor performance, and drive improvements that strengthen customer outcomes and portfolio profitability. You will collaborate closely with partners across product, marketing, analytics, risk, finance, legal, compliance, and operations to deliver measurable results.Job responsibilitiesSupport the design and optimization of promotional financing and lending offer strategies across a credit card portfolioAnalyze offer performance and customer behavior to identify opportunities to improve engagement, profitability, and growthPartner with analytics, risk, finance, and marketing teams to assess pricing, portfolio performance, and business impactBuild business cases, financial analyses, and clear recommendations to inform strategy and product decisionsDrive cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and strong executionSupport new offer and product launches, including planning, readiness, and post-launch performance measurementPrepare clear, executive-ready materials and present insights in leadership reviews and business updatesDefine success metrics, track key performance indicators, and translate results into actionable next stepsMaintain strong governance and control practices in partnership with legal, risk, compliance, and audit stakeholdersRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills2 years of experience in strategy, product management, marketing, business management, consulting, analytics, or financial servicesDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, using data to drive decisions and recommendationsProven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders in a matrixed organizationStrong verbal and written communication skills, including experience presenting to senior leadersStrong organizational and project management skills with a track record of delivering resultsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsExperience in consumer lending, credit cards, promotional financing, pricing, or portfolio strategyUnderstanding of credit card economics and profit and loss (P&L) driversExperience supporting annual percentage rate (APR) or other pricing-related strategiesExperience developing business cases, financial models, and performance reportingCustomer-focused mindset with interest in improving customer experiences through responsible credit solutionsAbility to balance strategic thinking with operational execution and attention to detailExperience partnering with risk, compliance, and legal teams in a regulated environmentApplicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the US.
