Job Description Job Description Schedule Days: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday - Dispatch at 10 AM The Shuttle Driver is responsible for transporting full trailers to our designated locations and returning empty trailers to our distribution centers. Here are the specifics: Compensation: Shuttle Drivers earn $57,000, with the potential for safety incentive bonuses that can raise earnings to $60,000. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle and submit the DOT inspection report. Ensure that all products are securely loaded in the trailer to prevent damage during transport. Occasionally perform line haul and/or backhaul duties. Prioritize safety to avoid injuries and protect products. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 21 years old. Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A). Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of experience driving a tractor-trailer. Meet the organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
