My wife, Elizabeth, and I have been married for 30 years, and our two adult sons both grew up in Fairhope and graduated from the Fairhope public school system. Our family have been active members of our church since 2004, and I’m also a longtime member and Past President of The Rotary Club of Fairhope. Role Description We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities.
