Responsible for day-to-day operations within the Investor Solutions team, the full-time remote Operations Support Specialist will manage new account setups, provide client training on product features, and oversee funds management while collaborating with a team-oriented environment. Key responsibilities Onboard new Commercial client accounts and provide training and user setup Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, implementing necessary mitigation steps Recommend process improvements and formalize new processes while assessing risk and impact to the business Required qualifications Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Three (3) years of experience in Institutional Banking or Treasury Management (preferred)
