This is a great opportunity for an early‑career IT professional who wants real, hands‑on exposure across a wide mix of systems and environments – office, production floor, and everything in between. We are looking for aHelp Desk Technician to join our team, supporting users across our Atlanta‑area locations.

The Ideal Candidate:

This role reports to our IT Manager and is the first point of contact for technology across the company – the person people count on when something isn't working and they need it fixed. You'll get your hands on a real mix of environments: Windows and Mac endpoints, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, onboarding and offboarding, and the production‑floor technology that keeps our presses and workflows running. It's the right seat for someone who's sharp, dependable, and eager to build a broad technical foundation – with real room to grow into more senior IT and Systems roles as we scale.

What You'll Bring:

• Calm, methodical troubleshooting instincts – you can triage, prioritize, and resolve Tier 1 issues across Windows, Mac, Microsoft 365, printers, and network connectivity, and document it all clearly along the way.
• A genuine customer‑service mindset – patient, professional, and just as comfortable explaining a fix to a non‑technical user as you are talking shop with IT.
• Working familiarity with the tools of the trade: Active Directory, Microsoft 365/Entra, ticketing systems like Jira, and remote‑support tools.
• Hands‑on reliability for the full employee tech lifecycle – workstation prep and deployment, onboarding and offboarding support – plus the judgment to know when and how to elevate.
• Reliable personal transportation and the flexibility to travel between our Atlanta‑area locations as needed.
• 6–24 months of help desk, desktop support, internship, or equivalent hands‑on IT experience; CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar is a plus but not required.
