Family Medicine Physician Opportunity
A well-established physician-led medical group is seeking a board-eligible or board-certified family medicine physician to join their growing team. Situated in a mountainous mini-city in southern Oregon, this family medicine practice boasts riverfront views, friendly communities, and endless outdoor recreation.
Position:
- 4 day work week, no nights or weekends.
- 100% outpatient primary care.
- Dedicated Medical Assistant and scribe services.
- 2027 graduates welcome to apply - mentorship provided.
Compensation:
- Proven ability to make over $300,000-$350,000+ annually.
- Guaranteed base salary with lucrative productivity bonus, annual profit bonus, and monthly good citizen bonus.
- 50k sign-on bonus with 20k for relocation.
- Loan assistance provided privately.
- Medical, dental, vision, life and AD&D, short- and long-term disability, 403(b), and CME.
