Daily Responsibilities:

• Develop Individualized Treatment Plans and Functional Goals
• Conduct Comprehensive Evaluations and Assessments
• Monitor Patient Progress and Adjust Treatment Interventions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient care, progress notes, evaluations, and treatment outcomes accurately and timely
• Provide patient and caregiver education on home programs, safety techniques, and adaptive strategies

Required Skills:

• Current Certification as an Occupational Therapist
• Driving with active license and Car Insurance
• Experience in manual therapy and outpatient rehabilitation
• Strong understanding of cognition and inpatient rehabilitation
• Knowledge of sensory integration and hand therapy techniques
• Clinical Evaluation and Treatment Planning Skills
• Documentation and Compliance Skills
• Home health experience is a plus

 

Salary and Benefits:

Minimum Salary: $180,000.00
