Shift Patterns Monday-Saturday 08:00AM - 5:00PM Pay Rates 14.00 - 15.00 USD hourly Must-Have Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator Minimum of 1 year of recent stand-up forklift experience (reach trucks or order pickers). Ability to successfully pass an on-site practical forklift evaluation and safety certification. Physical capability to stand for long periods and comfortably lift up to 50-75 lbs throughout the shift when necessary. Dependable transportation to and from the job site in Santa Teresa, NM. Strong situational awareness regarding pedestrians and automated equipment in a high-traffic environment. Ability to follow safety rules and operate machinery cautiously. Desirable Requirements for Stand Up Forklift Operator Familiarity with RF scanners and warehouse logistics/supply chain inventory software. Basic math and documentation skills for accurate inventory tracking. Strong reliability, punctuality, and a collaborative team spirit. Role for Stand Up Forklift Operator Safely and proficiently operate stand-up forklifts to transport materials through narrow aisles. Efficiently move, stack, stage, and organize incoming and outgoing product shipments from pallets, skids, and trailers. Verify product numbers, quantities, and condition of goods against order documentation utilizing RF scanners and warehouse management systems. Conduct mandatory daily pre-operational equipment safety checks and report any defects. Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free work zone to uphold safety guidelines.
