Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is seeking a Certified Apartment Maintenance Technician with proven field experience to join a residential community. We’re looking for a dependable, skilled professional who takes pride in quality work and strong communication with onsite teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform HVAC-related maintenance and repairs (certification required)
- Complete apartment unit turns (make-readies)
- Respond to service requests and work orders efficiently
- Handle general maintenance tasks as assigned by the Property Manager
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning property
Qualifications:
- Certification required (HVAC or relevant maintenance certification)
- Several years of proven experience in apartment maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and general maintenance practices
- Ability to follow direction and communicate effectively with onsite staff
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
