BESS Site Manager

Represent the Owner with end-to-end oversight of design, procurement, construction, and commissioning, ensuring delivery against scope, schedule, budget, and quality. Manage EPC contractors, subcontractors, and consultants, driving performance, coordination, and accountability across all project phases. Oversee site construction for BESS, data center systems, and interconnection infrastructure, including progress tracking and critical path management. Enforce safety, QA/QC, and regulatory compliance through site inspections, audits, and proactive issue resolution. Lead reporting, risk mitigation, and resolution of field issues, change orders, and technical challenges while protecting Owner interests Extensive Knowledge of Electrical Construction & MV Components Has a strong electrical background and at least 7 years of experience working on medium voltage components Bonus Qualifications 2-3 years of experience as a Construction Supervisor on Battery Storage projects Interconnection and Commissioning experience EOE Statement Specialist Staffing Group is an equal opportunity employer.
