Travel Nurse RN - Medical-Surgical - $2,178 per week in Sioux City, IA

Key Responsibilities
Contribute professional and clinical knowledge as a member of the interdisciplinary care team in the provision and management of patient care
Care for patients across a range of specialties including orthopedic, urology, general surgery, oncology, and general medical
Administer drips including

Heparin, PCA, and epidural ; chemotherapy administration for those with applicable certification
May be required to float within the same discipline across local campuses
Expected to work 2 of 3 winter holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year's Day)
Required Qualifications
Active Iowa RN license
Active BLS certification

(AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
Active ACLS certification

(AHA preferred; ARC or US Military accepted)
Active NIHSS certification

(may be obtained during onboarding)
Minimum 2 years of Medical Surgical and/or Oncology experience
Completed Med Surg-specific Skills Checklist
1 Supervisory Reference Form completed within the last two years
Valid Driver's License
Must live at least 50 miles from the facility to be eligible (based on driver's license)
Preferred Experience / Skills
High-acuity care experience
Prior travel nursing experience (first-time travelers are welcome)
Chemotherapy administration certification
Familiarity with EPIC EMR
