Hiring: Power Platform Engineer

Hybrid (Choose Your Location): Holmdel, NJ | Bethlehem, PA | Hudson Yards, NY

3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote

We are seeking a Power Platform Engineer to join a leading insurance organization and help drive automation, application development, and AI-powered business solutions across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Power Automate workflows, including cloud flows and RPA solutions
• Build Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) to support business operations
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, enterprise systems, and external data sources
• Develop and support AI-enabled workflows leveraging Microsoft Copilot and related technologies
• Ensure solutions align with governance standards, DLP policies, and environment strategies
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed applications and automations

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps & Power Automate)
• Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and data connectors
• Experience with governance frameworks, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and environment management
• Familiarity with API integrations and enterprise automation patterns
• Experience supporting AI-driven automation initiatives is highly preferred
