Description We are searching for someone with an outgoing personality to fill our Bartender position. We are looking for an enthusiastic bartender to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. You will be the face of the bar and responsible for our customers' experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers' needs and expectations. Requirements Responsibilities Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails Plan and present bar menu Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Comply with all food and beverage regulations Qualifications Honest, customer-focused, reliable, friendly, and a team player Perform duties exceptionally well with little supervision Read, write, and speak English (other languages are a plus) Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with guests and other employees Physical stamina: ability to bend, reach, kneel, push, pull, lift, and carry 25-30 pounds, occasionally up to 50 pounds Resume and proven working experience as a bartender Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks Computer literacy Knowledge of a second language is a plus Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean Relevant training certificate Position: Bartender Location: Hilton Garden Inn Columbia Airport This position is currently accepting applications. #J-18808-Ljbffr
