Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and other executive-level tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with digital productivity tools (e.G., Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Google Sheets, Excel).
• Flexibility, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• A teachable attitude;
  willingness and abilityto learn new processes, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.

Bonus qualifications:

• Familiarity with or passion for automotive culture and luxury/exotic cars.
• Previous experience supporting executives or senior management in a fast-paced startup or tech environment.
