Position Summary

As an LPN Supervisor, you will play a critical leadership role in overseeing daily nursing operations and supporting the delivery of high-quality resident care. Working closely with the Director of Nursing and Assistant Director of Nursing, you will help ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations while fostering a culture of excellence, compassion, and accountability.

What You'll Do

• Supervise daily nursing activities and clinical operations.
• Ensure quality resident care is delivered in accordance with established standards and policies.
• Support, guide, and mentor nursing staff.
• Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and facility procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing leadership to maintain a safe and effective care environment.
• Promote resident dignity, safety, and well-being at all times.

Qualifications

Required Education & Licensure

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or approved Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse program.
• Current, active, and unrestricted LPN/LVN license in the state of practice.

Experience

• Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare setting preferred.
