Product Operations Analyst

PromptArmor is an AI security company based in San Francisco. We help the world's most demanding enterprises, Fortune 100 companies, leading healthcare systems, top 100 law firms, and institutional financial firms, assess and monitor the novel risks introduced by AI in their products and across their assets and ecosystem. Our research has uncovered critical vulnerabilities in major platforms like Slack and Writer.com, and we are focused on the net-new AI security problems that traditional tooling wasn't built to solve. We're growing the team that keeps our product and operations sharp. About the role Own the operational backbone behind our AI security products. You'll turn raw threat intelligence, customer feedback, and usage data into clear reports and repeatable workflows, and keep the product and research teams moving quickly. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain dashboards and reports that track product usage, research output, and customer risk signals. Turn messy data from multiple sources into clean, decision-ready summaries for the product and leadership teams. Document and streamline internal workflows so the team can scale without losing rigor. Coordinate across research, engineering, and go-to-market to keep projects on track and information flowing. What we're looking for Sharp analytical instincts and comfort working with spreadsheets, SQL, or BI tools. Strong written communication: you can take a pile of data and explain what matters in a few sentences. High attention to detail and a bias toward organizing chaos into repeatable systems. Curiosity about AI, security, or both, and the drive to learn quickly. Nice to have Exposure to a security, SaaS, or data-heavy company. Familiarity with tools like Notion, Linear, or Metabase.
