RN Supervisor Responsibilities

Oversee nursing operations and resident care during assigned shifts.
Conduct rounds on all units, assessing residents and ensuring quality care.
Administer medications and treatments as needed.
Communicate with physicians, families, pharmacies, and interdisciplinary team members.
Provide guidance and support to nursing staff.
Assist with new employee orientation as needed.
Report concerns and updates to the Director of Nursing and/or Administrator.
Monitor staffing levels and assist with staffing adjustments when necessary.
Ensure compliance with all facility policies and state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

Current Pennsylvania Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
Previous nursing supervisory experience preferred, but not required.
Experience with PointClickCare preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Must be reliable and able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
