Clinical Supply Technician (Per Diem)

Location Detail: 31 Seymour - Bone & Joint Inst (10340) Shift Detail: PER DIEM FIRST SHIFT ROTATIONAL Responsibilities Liaison between Central Supply and Operating Rooms (ORs) for contaminations, missing items, reprocessing, supporting room/location level replenishment as standard work and ad‑hoc requests throughout the day, and transporting carts/equipment from storage areas to rooms as well as vendor trays from Central Supply to OR and back. Responsible for daily/weekly cycle counts using Tecsys handheld scanners and for maintaining inventory accuracy. Reviews daily orders and expresses issue and/or cancels any lines as required to the pick lists/supply orders. Partners with system inventory analyst to manage and maintain local inventory data, including accurate bar‑code labeling of all items in storerooms and clinical areas. Reviews cancelled backorders from automated supply cabinet orders and fills/explains issue any lines as applicable on receipt of goods. Assists Supply Chain Operations/Receiving staff with receiving issues and discrepancies for the facility, including investigation and support of resolution of match exceptions due to missed receipts. Resolves questions from internal customers regarding storeroom items and resolves item number and requisition concerns for storeroom items.
