Job Title: Healthcare Solutions Consultant – Hospital Systems Location: Springfield Base: $70,000 - $80,000 OTE: $160,000 - $180,000 No commission cap About The Role ECC is seeking a Healthcare Solutions Consultant to lead consultative sales across hospital systems, IDNs, and large clinical networks. This role focuses on uncovering needs, designing integrated healthcare technology solutions, and building long‑term relationships with clinical, technical, and operational stakeholders.
