Shift Type: Monday-Friday
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 - $52.5 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop personalized treatment plans to restore mobility
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions that reduce pain and improve function
- Help patients build strength, balance, and independence
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes
- Keep accurate and timely clinical documentation to support continuity of care
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Oklahoma PT license or eligibility to obtain one
- Rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

- Physical therapy and rehabilitation expertise
