Equipment Technician Benefits:

$20-$40/hr based on technician level
$1,250 tool allowance annually
Mechanic uniform allowance
Overtime available
Road Technicians are provided with a company vehicle

About the Heavy Equipment Mechanic Position:

The Technician will perform advanced diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned large agricultural equipment.
Equipment Technician Requirements:

Proficient knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems for agricultural and turf equipment.
Mechanic must have the ability to perform basic to advanced repairs using special tools and Technical Manual procedures.
