Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor

Registered Nurse (RN) *** Sign ON Bonus*** $5,000 (Paid out in two increments – 90 days and 6 months of employment) Committed to promoting wellness, healing, and independence for all lives we touch. Eastern Healthcare is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to the residents and supervise the day‑to‑day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our facility, and as may also be required by the Director of Nursing to maintain the highest degree of quality care at all times. Requirements of the Registered Nurse (RN) Registered Nurse with a current state license. Must have a current active CPR certification. Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate and simultaneously maintain multiple projects with high quality and productivity. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to lift 50 pounds or more. Physical work is a primary part (>70%) of the job. Able to stand and/or walk for more than four hours per day. Able to bend and/or stoop for more than one hour at a time. Work Schedule for the Registered Nurse (RN) With the flexible hours that we are offering, this Registered Nurse (RN) position can be full‑time or part‑time. Shifts include days, nights, and weekends.
