Your role as a Home Health CNA - Schaumburg IL

As a Home Health CNA you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for a wonderful patient who is wheelchair-bound. You’ll assist him with picking up groceries and prescriptions while providing much-needed companionship and support around the house. Your light housekeeping skills will keep his environment comfortable and tidy, while your encouragement will help him get up and out of bed to promote his well-being. What you need to be successful

To thrive as a Home Health CNA, you’ll need a unique blend of practical skills and personal attributes. A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in caregiving is preferred, along with a solid understanding of how to read and follow written instructions for documenting care provided. Being at least 18 years old is essential, and having a current CPR certification is a must. You should demonstrate tact, patience, and maintain good personal hygiene to create a comforting environment for your patient.
