NC Facility needs a Locums CRNA

Locum CRNA needed to start ASAP and work 3 months with a possibility of extension at a facility near Acorn Forest, NC. NC license required. ~ Shift Details: Day shift, no nights, no weekends. ~ Schedule: Mon - Fri, Arrival: 06:45, Procedures start , Finish: End time varies (Some days finish earlier and some later. Typically, between . Off chance for a later time depending on the day). ~ Support staff: **Will be working with a collaborative Physician** Each location 2-3 RNs and LPN as backup (1-2 MA in the room). ~ Amount of coverage needed per month: 1FTE. ~ Patients per day: As high as 17-24 per day (Depending on physician). ~ Patient population/age: Might see as young as 16 (rare) to 80yrs. ~ Department description: Office-Based / ASC: Gastroenterology & Non-Surgical Weight loss. ~ Fast paced setting. ~ EMR: Gastro (GMED). ~ Special procedures: Gastroenterology procedures (EGD, Colonoscopy, etc.) Non Surgical Weight loss procedures requiring anesthesia, Gastric Sleeves. ~ Skills required: GI sedation as well as General Anesthesia experience. ~ Experience in GI or ambulatory anesthesia preferred. ~ Office-based anesthesia or ASC environments. ~ Ambulatory Surgery Center. ~ Board Certification: NBCRNA certification required. ~ License required: NC- Licensed. ~ Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS. ~ Minimum experience required: 2 -3 years. ~ Credentialing Timeframe: ASAP 1 week or less. ~$1,000 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days. ~$Competitive Hourly pay + housing + travel + A++ rated malpractice insurance with tail coverage included.
