In this role, you will greet patients, process prescriptions and refills, assist with billing and inventory, answer pharmacy calls, and help ensure every customer receives prompt, courteous, and high-quality service.What you'll do:Welcome patients and provide friendly, professional pharmacy support.Prepare, enter, fill, and organize prescriptions with accuracy and care.Support refill requests, e-scribe prescriptions, billing, inventory, and medication stock.Communicate with patients, prescribers, insurance companies, and team members to resolve prescription needs.Maintain patient confidentiality, a clean workspace, and a strong focus on service excellence.What we're looking for:High school diploma plus pharmacy technician experience.Registration with the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy; certification preferred.Bilingual Interpreting (English and Spanish)Strong communication, computer, math, and prescription interpretation skills.A positive attitude, dependable work habits, and a heart for serving patients.If you are organized, compassionate, and ready to be part of a mission-driven pharmacy team, we'd love to hear from you.Dayshift.
