Housing Specialist

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency offering a variety of programs throughout Arizona. Housing Specialist Job Summary Responsible member of the team to assist SMI clients with criminal records to obtain permanent supportive housing. The employee works with community supportive housing agencies on temporary and permanent housing opportunities, assesses clients for readiness, recommends in‑home supports for wrap‑around services and skills training, provides field support to clients, and works with landlords to ensure ongoing safety and placement appropriateness. Skills/Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a field related to behavioral health OR a combination of education, training, and/or experience meeting A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedure standards for BHT. 1 year experience working with the SMI population with additional experience in multiple settings and levels of care, including both mental health and substance abuse. 1 year experience in a behavioral health position providing outreach and engagement activities.
