Quick Facts Location: Pueblo, CO Start Date: Immediate / Flexible End Date/Duration: Ongoing / Permanent placement Shift: 4-day work week, flexible shifts Hours/Week: Approx. 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time employed position License/Certs: Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Experience: Preferred 2+ years, but all qualified candidates considered Pay & Benefits Pay Range: $328,000 – $365,000/year (discussed upon application) Benefits: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Retirement plans including 403(b) and 457(b) options CME allowance and paid malpractice insurance Relocation assistance (if applicable) Generous PTO and vacation days What You’ll Do Provide comprehensive OB/GYN care in outpatient clinics and hospital setting Collaborate with an experienced team including physicians and certified nurse midwives Manage approximately 20 patients per day with a focus on quality care Participate in 1:5 call schedule, primarily CNM first call nights Utilize advanced surgical technology, including two daVinci XI robots Document patient care in Epic EMR system Contribute to a positive, patient-centered healthcare environment Support patient education and preventative health measures What You Need Required: Medical degree from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology Colorado medical license or ability to obtain licensure Strong clinical skills and patient-focused approach Preferred: 2+ years of OB/GYN practice experience Experience with minimally invasive surgery and robotic surgery Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team About the Assignment This position is with a leading hospital in Pueblo, Colorado, a city renowned for its scenic beauty and outdoor activities. The hospital, established in 1923, is a well-respected 350-bed facility with a Level III trauma designation. The OB/GYN team consists of six physicians and four certified nurse midwives, committed to providing exceptional women’s health services in a supportive environment.
