BOH Supervisor
Bomba Tacos + Tequila
If you love Latin food and cultures, consider joining our team! This is a part time or full time BOH Supervisor hourly position that requires nights and weekends. We are looking for BOH leaders who can manage all aspects of BOH staff, food preparation and production, have strong culinary skills, and kitchen clean up.
Qualifications:- 2 years previous experience in the restaurant industry, in BOH.
- The advantage goes to candidates with a culinary school diploma or ServSafe certification.
- Adhere to food safety standards.
- Strong culinary and knife skills.
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to speak, read and write English. Spanish is a plus.
