- ServiceNow user administration.
- Solution designing and orchestration.
- Implementing ServiceNow changes
- ServiceNow upgrade.
- Second and third level support for ServiceNow incidents
- Development of Integrations using ServiceNow Plugins
- Managing UAT, Test, Training and Production instances for ServiceNow
- Process Governance and Reporting
- Training & Self Development Activities
- 7+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience in Catalog development in ServiceNow Portal
- Hands on experience in designing and developing various integrations with ServiceNow
- Knowledge of REST API and SOAP API
- More than 4 years of experience in Java scripting.
- Should have been involved in at least one project/application rollout and transition/support and platform upgrade
- Experience working in ServiceNow Eureka, Geneva, Istanbul and Kingston versions
- ITIL V2/V3 Certification
- Experience in ServiceNow as a System Administrator or Architect or Programmer/Analyst.
- Experience with Web Technologies (JAVA Script, XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS,
- Experience with IT Service Management Process and Tool Configuration and Administration
- Ability to perform configurations and customizations of ServiceNow applications, e,g. Service Catalog, Incident, Facilities, Security, CMDB and Change
- Development and working experience on ServiceNow plugins and Customizations
- Good communication skill
- Good Analytical skills
- Ability to lead independently and directly coordinate with customers
- Ability to drive Scrum calls
