Location: West Hollywood, CA

Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technology Manager with a strong background in hospitality and restaurant technology , particularly POS systems . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting restaurant technology environments, managing IT infrastructure, and troubleshooting hardware and software across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and support technology operations within a hospitality/restaurant environment.
Manage and troubleshoot POS systems , including Micros, Lightspeed, or similar platforms.
Provide technical support for restaurant and hospitality technology systems.
Support computer networks, systems maintenance, and IT infrastructure.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and system-related issues.
Support Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android environments.
Coordinate with vendors and technology partners when required.
Ensure POS and other technology systems are operating reliably.
Provide hands-on technical support and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications

Strong experience with POS technology , preferably Micros, Lightspeed, or similar systems.
Previous experience working in a hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or food & beverage environment .
Strong knowledge of computer networks and IT infrastructure.
Hands-on troubleshooting and technical support experience.
Experience supporting Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android devices.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
