Responsibilities Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies, to ensure timely project completion Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies and domain specific system configurations Monitor project deliverables across all phases, to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations Contribution to the Team Proactive risk management to ensure project delivery Ability to build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication Focused governance over project scope and identification of additional project opportunities Focus to anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions Commitment to balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities Required Skill And Experience Experience in MDM Development with a focus on STIBO MDM and Customer / Product implementation Experience in STIBO MDM tools Experience in data modelling principles and data integration techniques Experience with Stibo STEP and Java scripting using STEP APIs Experience in data quality management and data governance practices within an MDM environment Experience in data profiling, data cleansing, and data transformation processes Must be proficient in handling XML Inbound and Outbound in Talend; knowledge of SOAP/REST web services will be an added advantage Experience with process around creating products using data pools and supplier Smartsheets Ability to develop extension APIs for integrations, portals and imports Experience in problem‑solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot MDM‑related issues Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment Preferred Skill And Experience Experience in Data Analysis, Data Migration, Data Validation, Data Cleansing, Data Verification, identifying data mismatch, Data Import, and Data Export Prior experience with other MDM tools or cloud‑based MDM solutions is advantageous Knowledge in ETL process from various source systems to Staging area, from staging to Data Marts and data load Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution; three years of progressive experience in the specialty may be considered in lieu of every year of education This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply; Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role now or in the future Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance Long‑term/Short‑term Disability Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal) 401(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level Paid holidays plus Paid Time Off About Us Infosys is a global leader in next‑generation digital services and consulting.
