Description Join Our Care Team We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position's home base will be Eagles Landing, our Long-term Care Village. Position Summary The Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical operations of the assigned care area and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This role provides leadership and support to nursing staff, coordinates care activities, and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and the interdisciplinary team. The Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) ensures compliance with all regulatory standards while promoting a safe, compassionate, and efficient care environment.
