Performs patient check-in and check-out, verifies insurance and demographic information, schedules appointments, processes referrals and authorizations, collects co-payments, handles patient and provider correspondence, and explains clinic policies and procedures. Maintains accurate patient records in the electronic medical record system and supports smooth daily operations of the outpatient clinic while ensuring excellent customer service and patient satisfaction.
