Overview Our client, a global renewable energy company at the forefront of the clean-energy transition, seeks an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join its legal team. Responsibilities Support the General Counsel by managing legal and administrative workflows, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence. Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel on corporate governance, securities, compliance, and strategic matters. Maintain legal records and databases with strict confidentiality. Prepare board and executive materials. Support due diligence and litigation documentation. Manage document revisions and coordinate signature processes and executed agreements. Qualifications Corporate paralegal experience within a public, global organization. Demonstrated exposure to SEC filings, board governance, and international legal matters. Solid understanding of legal terminology, corporate governance practices, and standard legal procedures.
