Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- Assistant General Manager experience in a full-service restaurant
- Loyalty - strong tenures- no more than 3 employers in 5 years
- Proven ability to drive top-line sales through marketing, promotions, and guest engagement
- Tech-savvy with strong Microsoft Office skills and comfort using multiple systems
- Hands-on operator with a "kind but fair" leadership style
- Detail-oriented with a focus on consistency and operational standards
- Reasonable understanding of financials / P&L exposure
