Vice President of Customer Success

The role

You’ll be the senior face of the company with our biggest customers, reporting to a C-level executive. You’ll lead a high impact customer team and the account managers and analysts who support it, and you’ll define how customer success operates as we grow.

What you will do

• Own net retention and expansion revenue across a book of large enterprise customers
• Step into the highest-stakes moments: kickoff sessions, escalations after early deployments, and major account decisions
• Coach your team on real accounts, through direct feedback and by joining customer conversations
• Recognize early signs of churn or growth and move on them before they show up in the data
• Hire and develop the managers and analysts who run day-to-day customer relationships and move deployments into production
• Look 6-12 months ahead and get the team ready for how customer success will need to change

You bring

• A decade or more leading customer success in enterprise software, with multi year agreements and recurring renewals
• Comfort building structure as you go in a role that will keep evolving
• A record of improving gross retention, net retention, and expansion ARR across a whole portfolio, not just single accounts
• Experience keeping customers through difficult launches, leadership changes on their side, and pushback on price
