Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist, Neuroscience - COBENFY -Phoenix S, AZ

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Institutional Mental Health Account Specialist to drive adoption of COBENFY and other neuroscience medicines among community mental health centers, behavioral health facilities, and hospitals in the Phoenix, Arizona region. The role combines clinical expertise with relationship-building to support appropriate patient treatment.
Responsibilities
- Promote COBENFY and assigned products to mental health centers and hospitals in defined territory
- Build relationships with prescribers, pharmacy teams, and hospital decision-makers to drive formulary access
- Deliver scientifically accurate presentations and organize speaker programs for healthcare providers
- Develop territory and account plans aligned with business targets and customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams including specialists and account managers to optimize customer experience
Requirements
- Proven pharmaceutical sales experience in institutional or mental health settings
- Strong scientific knowledge of psychiatric medications and treatment pathways
- Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare providers
- Excellent communication skills for clinical presentations and scientific dialogue
- Understanding of hospital operations, formulary processes, and reimbursement systems
- Self-directed field-based professional capable of 100% travel to customer sites
