Lead Carpenter – Residential Remodeling

Lombardozzi Construction is a full-service construction company located in Delaware county. We specialize in residential remodeling, including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and home additions. We are currently seeking a skilled Lead Carpenter with a broad range of residential construction experience. This individual will play a key role in managing day-to-day job site activities, maintaining high standards of workmanship, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage carpentry work on residential remodeling projects including kitchens, bathrooms, basements, and additions
• Perform and oversee framing, cabinetry installation, door and window installation, and finish trim work
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth workflow and project progress
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and building codes
• Troubleshoot issues on site and implement practical solutions
• Communicate professionally with homeowners when needed
• Assist in training and guiding less experienced carpenters and laborers

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of residential carpentry or remodeling experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of framing, cabinetry, trim work, and general carpentry techniques
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must have personal hand tools commonly required for carpentry work
