Conduct routine exams, immunizations, and follow-up care for approximately 25 patients daily. Collaborate with the clinic team to ensure efficient patient flow and quality care. Document patient encounters accurately in the EMR system. Participate in community outreach and health education initiatives. Maintain compliance with all licensing and certification requirements. Adapt to high patient no-show rates with scheduled appointment management. What You Need Required: Active California medical license and DEA registration BLS certification Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics (within 5 years of residency) Proficient with EMR systems such as EPIC Preferred: Bilingual (Spanish speaking) skills Experience working in underserved or socioeconomically challenged communities About the Assignment Join a reputable community clinic serving the High Desert area—a region with high demand for pediatric providers.
