Primary Role: The primary role of the Fleet Manager is to oversee the efficient operation, maintenance, and compliance of the company’s vehicle fleet while ensuring cost‑effective and safe transportation services. As a key member of the Logistics team you will report to the Director of Transportation. This is an on‑site role at Eagle Eye Logistics headquarters office in Idaho Falls, ID. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily fleet operations and vehicle utilization Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and compliance requirements Control fuel consumption and operating costs Supervise drivers and transportation staff Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies Analyze fleet performance and prepare operational reports Coordinate vehicle procurement, replacement, and disposal Oversee and help manage the P&L of the asset fleet Requirements Proven experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics management Strong knowledge of fleet maintenance and regulatory compliance Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with fleet management software Valid driver's license Expected Hours of Work: This position requires approximately 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
