Manufacturing Recruiter

Contract Manufacturing Recruiter Our client is seeking a Contract Manufacturing Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives across production, engineering, and operations teams in the Austin area. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience managing multiple requisitions within the manufacturing space. This Recruiter role will pay $50-$52 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake through offer stage Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities Source and attract candidates through job boards, networking, and direct outreach Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with stakeholders Extend and negotiate offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate candidate data within ATS platforms Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies Qualifications Required Proven experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle Experience working with ATS platforms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment Preferred Experience supporting contract or project-based hiring Familiarity with the Austin, TX talent market Exposure to Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma environments What We're Looking For A proactive, results-driven recruiter who can quickly ramp up and deliver Strong relationship-builder with hiring managers and candidates Ability to prioritize and manage multiple roles simultaneously #J-18808-Ljbffr
