Roofing Superintendent

Established in 1939, we are a multi year award roofing family owned Roofing Contractor. With an office in Baltimore, we have helped build some of Maryland's finest buildings with a portfolio that spreads from commercial roofs, historic projects, & government buildings. We are now seeking to add an experienced Superintendent to our team with Commercial Roofing experience.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage and supervise roofing crews and roofing jobs
• Attend and participate in Pre-construction meetings
• Establish lines of communication with external and internal customers
• Help perform any repairs, measurements, & inspections on roofs
• Perform final walkthroughs of project when finished

What You Need for this Position

• 3+ years of Commercial Roofing experience
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints
• Strong interpersonal skills; oral and written communication skills
