We offer flexible scheduling options in a collaborative and modern clinical environment.What You Can Expect:Competitive compensation package with a generous sign-on bonusMonthly volume bonus based on patient metricsQuarterly bonus (up to 5% of base salary) tied to patient satisfaction and quality outcomesComprehensive benefits starting day one: health, dental, vision, CME allowance and more!Retirement plans with employer contributions and matchingRelocation assistance (if applicable) and professional liability coverageEligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)Beautiful, state-of-the-art centers equipped with imaging, labs, and Epic EMRSupportive staffing model including radiologic technologists, experienced medical assistants, and advanced practitionersPart of one of the fastest-growing urgent care networks in the countryWhat We're Looking For:Board-certified in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/PedsActive state medical license2 years of post-residency clinical experience, ideally in an urgent care or emergency medicine settingExperience treating patients across all age groupsProficiency in minor procedures such as suturing and splinting, and in reading EKGs and X-raysStrong communication and listening skillsComfort collaborating with advanced practice providersYour Role:As a physician at Mercy-GoHealth, you'll independently provide a wide range of clinical services, including:Examining and treating patients with acute conditionsTaking medical histories and ordering diagnostic testsMaking diagnoses and prescribing medicationsPerforming minor procedures and administering vaccinationsDocumenting patient progress and coordinating follow-up careSupervising and collaborating with PA/NPs, including remote supervision and credentialing supportWorking 8- or 12-hour shifts in a fast-paced, patient-focused settingAt GoHealth Urgent Care, we go above and beyond for our patients, communities and team members to ensure effortless, personal and connected experiences.
