Your Role Awaits

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting an array of ultrasound studies, including obstetric, abdominal, gynecological, vascular, and specialized small parts imaging
• Prioritizing patient comfort and safety throughout examinations, elucidating each procedure with empathy and clarity
• Working collaboratively with radiologists and referring doctors to ensure the acquisition of high-quality diagnostic images
• Operating and maintaining ultrasound equipment, and promptly reporting any technical issues
• Documenting procedures accurately and maintaining patient records within the electronic health record system
• Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education You Need:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related discipline
• Graduate from a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Certifications Needed:

• Active certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or equivalent
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is desirable

Essential Skills:

• Exceptional technical skills in sonographic imaging methods and patient positioning
