Principal Duties And Accountabilities:

• Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
• Perform certifications for fume hoods and bio-safety cabinets.
• Measure and document both viable and non-viable particulates.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot various air handling systems, exhaust systems, ductwork, and fluid flow equipment associated with commercial and industrial HVAC applications.
• Respond to emergency maintenance and service requests
• Review and analyze data for reporting.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Other tasks and duties as they arise.
• Interest and ability to join local union.

Education:

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Experience:

• A minimum of 2 years of previous Test and Balance/ Cleanroom experience is required.
• Ability to understand HVAC systems and HVAC control systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of fume hoods and bio-safety cabinets.

Benefits And Compensation:

• The hourly range for this position has been established at $26.00 to $60.00 per hour and is U.S. Engineering Service's good faith and reasonable estimate at the time of the posting. The compensation offered to the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, specialty, and training.
