Additional Information* The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Dallas, TX is $115k - $120k/year & benefits (see below). The Role Responsibilities: Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate design wireframes and prototypes into functional user interfaces. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot and resolve UI-related issues and bugs. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve the user experience. Work closely with back-end developers to integrate APIs and other services. Participate in planning, estimation, and agile development processes. Requirements: Professional experience in front-end development. Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API. Familiarity with front-end build tools such as Webpack, Babel, npm/yarn. Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party integrations. Good understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred, but not required: Experience with TypeScript. Familiarity with UI testing frameworks like Jest, React Testing Library. Knowledge of back-end technologies and basic understanding of databases. Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments. Strong problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and a keen eye for design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
