Lead daily clinic operations to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-centered care. Oversee staffing, scheduling, workflow coordination, and resource allocation. Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of clinic team members. Foster strong communication and collaboration between providers, staff, and leadership. Coach, mentor, and support employee performance while promoting accountability and engagement. Monitor operational and financial performance, including budgets, payroll, and productivity metrics. Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction. Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy, and accreditation requirements.
