- Boost the Business: Suggestive sell gift cards and merchandise
- Master the Register: Ring up transactions with speed and accuracy
- Craft Delicious Art: Prepare food and drinks perfectly to our recipes
- Keep it Clean: Maintain a sparking store and pristine equipment
- Rock the Outdoors: Step outside for line scooting and sign shaking
- Be a Team MVP: Deliver value individually and as a crew
- Follow the Playbook: Comply with all team standards and policies
