Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative with 610 years of experience to manage complex customer interactions across multiple channels. Your role will involve resolving billing inquiries, processing account maintenance requests, and ensuring compliance with all standards and guidelines. This is an on-site position with comprehensive training provided.

Key Responsibilities

Handle non-routine customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Provide guidance to junior team members and assist with training.
Support fraud investigations and revenue risk management.
Conduct customer outreach for issue resolution and account updates.
Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries on the first contact.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED.
610 years of customer service experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Preferences

Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a plus.
Experience in the energy or utilities industry.
Familiarity with CRM platforms and ticketing systems.
